Area the pork belly on a sheet pan and include a liberal number of rub about the belly, rubbing it into all of the crevices. Deal with and refrigerate for twenty-four hours.Also, pork belly is frequently even thickness, so it would take considerably less time than what I gave. It’s all about cooking to temp rather then time. I hope this can help.
